Flexible Rebooking

Terms & Conditions:

Flexible Rebooking must be signed and purchased when booking the trip and cannot be purchased afterwards.

Flexible Rebooking must be signed by all persons on one and the same booking (does not apply to children under the age of two on the day of return).

It is not possible to rebook part of the trip. The entire booking, including all components, for all persons, must be rebooked. If parts of the party want to complete the trip, a new booking must be made according to current prices.

When rebooking, a deductible of 15% is paid. This is calculated on the entire price of the trip, including the fee for Flexible Rebooking.

The rebooking must be made by the customer himself by choosing “Cancel my trip” under “Your booking” on TripX website at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled departure time & date and no earlier than 30 days before departure. If rebooking less than 7 calendar days before departure, normal rebooking rules apply.

A voucher corresponding to the residual value (trip price excluding Flexible Rebooking – 15% deductible) is then issued to the customer’s “Your booking” and the customer will receive a code sent to them by e-mail. The voucher can be used for another trip to any of TripX destinations.

Booking refers to all persons and all components with a common booking number.

Flexible Rebooking is offered on most package tours – availability is shown in the booking process.

 

Charge:

Total booking € 0 – 499  = € 25 per person

Total booking € 500 – 899 = € 35 per person

Total booking € 900 – 1199 = € 45 per person

Total booking € 1200 – 2499 = € 50 per person

Cannot be purchased for bookings over € 2500 in total
